I recently had an issue, successfully enabling my scanner/printer to my service.  I was directed to many different tech supports including the manufacturer of the scanner that I purchased to help me get it synced with my service.  I worked diligently with the tech support representatives for up to 4 hours a day and to no avail, (no success).  I had exhausted a list of 7 different tech support representatives that I was referred to by the previous tech, to the point I was unfortunately directed to a hacker that hijacked my computer.  I called my friend in tears and she referred me to Cindy Welling and it was the GOLDEN NUMBER I had been searching for.  She not only fixed my hacking issues, close open back doors for the hackers to re-enter whenever they wanted, clear all my viruses but she returned my safety and security and more importantly my peace of mind. She is extremely knowledgeable and likes to share her knowledge with you, so you may help yourself. She is very professional and punctual but yet she is down to earth. I felt at the end of this endeavor that we had kindled a friendship.  I also want to add she was able to fix all the server issues with my scanner and had it up and running in an hour!!!!!!! Something that countless hours spent with 7 different tech support representatives could not accomplish.
I have always been apprehensive to relinquish my computer over to someone else but Cindy is trustworthy and a true wizard at what she does.  She saved me and she is definitely the one to call in the time of need.

I found Cindy when she responded to my request here on Nextdoor. In a hurry to solve a problem with my computer, I first contacted a local business I found on Yelp. The tech spent about 2 1/2 hours trying to solve the problem, charged a lot of money, solved nothing, and told us we probably needed to reinstall Windows. Then Cindy came over and solved the problem in less than 10 minutes!
